Teaching Your Team to Write Product Copy with AI
Get five writers using AI for product copy without five different voices
Each team member prompts differently and produces inconsistent output. You end up editing everyone's work to sound like the same brand.
That is the gap this drop closes. It is a content & writing skill built for Kimi, and it takes about ten minutes to set up the first time. After that it runs in under a minute.
Who should use it
Marketing managers and content leads rolling out AI tools to copywriting teams
How it works
The skill file does five things, in this order.
1. Lock your brand voice into a reference document. Write three to five example descriptions that nail your tone, then list specific rules like sentence length limits or forbidden phrases.
2. Build one master prompt everyone copies. Create a shared prompt template with your brand rules baked in and placeholder fields for product details only.
3. Run a calibration session with real products. Have each team member generate copy for the same three products, then compare outputs to spot where people diverge.
4. Create a two-tier review system. New team members submit to a lead reviewer for two weeks, then move to peer review once they hit consistency.
5. Track three metrics per writer weekly. Monitor acceptance rate, edit depth, and time per description to identify who needs coaching versus who needs looser guardrails.
What comes back
A team that produces uniform copy quality without micromanagement
The mistake to avoid
Version your master prompt with dates and keep a changelog. When you improve the template, you can quickly see if quality jumps match the change.
Running it
Paste the prompt block into a new Kimi chat and attach your files in the same message. Kimi's long context means you should upload everything at once rather than in batches, splitting the input is what causes it to lose cross-references between documents.
Where this fits
On its own, one skill saves an hour a week. The compounding happens when three or four of them run in sequence on the same input, the same transcript that produces a scope of work also produces the follow-up email and the project brief. That is the point at which it stops being a prompt and starts being an internal tool. If you want that wired into the systems your team already uses, that is the work 67 Digital does.
