3. Create a quality checklist. List five non-negotiable criteria every lesson plan must meet before it goes to learners.
4. Store prompt and samples centrally. Put the final prompt, checklist and three good examples in a shared workspace everyone can access.
5. Review outputs weekly for a month. Check three lesson plans each week against your criteria, then update the prompt or checklist when you spot gaps.

The mistake to avoid
