Train Your Team to Write in One Brand Voice
Turn your voice guide into a prompt library your whole team can use consistently
You have a brand voice guide but every writer interprets it differently. What sounds friendly to one person sounds unprofessional to another, and Arabic content drifts even further from the English tone.
That is the gap this drop closes. It is a content & writing skill built for Claude, and it takes about ten minutes to set up the first time. After that it runs in under a minute.
Who should use it
Marketing managers and content leads who need multiple writers to sound like one brand
How it works
The skill file does five things, in this order.
1. Build three reference samples per content type. Have Claude rewrite existing emails, social posts and web copy in your brand voice, then save the best outputs as examples.
2. Create a two-part prompt template. Part one pastes your voice rules and reference samples; part two has a placeholder where the team drops their draft or topic.
3. Test the prompt with your weakest writer. If the output matches your brand voice when used by someone who usually misses the mark, the prompt works.
4. Store prompts where the team already works. Put templates in Notion, Google Docs, or your project management tool so no one has to leave their workflow to find them.
5. Run monthly voice audits. Pick five random pieces of published content and ask Claude if they match your brand voice guide and reference samples.
What comes back
A prompt library that produces on-brand content regardless of who on your team writes the first draft
The mistake to avoid
Include one example of what not to do alongside your good samples. Showing Claude what your brand avoids is often clearer than describing what it does.
Running it
Save this as SKILL.md inside a folder named after the skill, then drop the folder into your Claude Code skills directory or upload it to a Claude Project. Claude reads the frontmatter to decide when the skill applies, so keep the description line intact. For a one-off run, paste the prompt block directly.
Where this fits
On its own, one skill saves an hour a week. The compounding happens when three or four of them run in sequence on the same input, the same transcript that produces a scope of work also produces the follow-up email and the project brief. That is the point at which it stops being a prompt and starts being an internal tool. If you want that wired into the systems your team already uses, that is the work 67 Digital does.
In the file
You are a brand voice consistency checker.
Our brand voice follows these rules:
{paste_your_voice_guide_rules}
Here are three examples of content that perfectly matches our voice:
Example 1:
{sample_email_or_post}
Example 2:
{sample_web_copy}
Example 3:
{sample_social_post}
Here is one example of content that does NOT match our voice:
{counter_example}
Now review this draft and rewrite it to match our brand voice exactly:
{team_member_draft}
Provide:
1. The rewritten version
2. Three specific changes you made and why they better match our voice
3. One remaining risk where the content might still drift off-brand
