The Inbound Lead Qualifier
Score every WhatsApp and email enquiry, then draft the reply.
Most small teams answer every enquiry with the same energy, so the serious buyer waits three hours while a tyre-kicker gets a custom quote. A scoring pass fixes the order of operations.
That is the gap this drop closes. It is a sales & leads skill built for Claude, and it takes about ten minutes to set up the first time. After that it runs in under a minute.
Who should use it
Agency owners and sales teams drowning in unqualified enquiries.
How it works
The skill file does five things, in this order.
1. Paste the raw enquiry. Include the full message, the channel it arrived on, and any history you have.
2. Score on four axes. Budget signal, timeline, decision authority, and fit against your service list.
3. Get a band, not a number. Hot, warm, or park it, with the one sentence of evidence behind the call.
4. Draft the matching reply. Hot leads get a calendar link, warm gets a question, parked gets a resource.
5. Log the reason. One line into your CRM so next week's review has evidence to argue with.
What comes back
A band, a two-line rationale, and a ready-to-send reply in your tone.
The mistake to avoid
Feed it your last ten closed-won and closed-lost enquiries first. The scoring gets sharper immediately because it learns what a real buyer sounds like in your market.
Running it
Save this as SKILL.md inside a folder named after the skill, then drop the folder into your Claude Code skills directory or upload it to a Claude Project. Claude reads the frontmatter to decide when the skill applies, so keep the description line intact. For a one-off run, paste the prompt block directly.
Where this fits
On its own, one skill saves an hour a week. The compounding happens when three or four of them run in sequence on the same input, the same transcript that produces a scope of work also produces the follow-up email and the project brief. That is the point at which it stops being a prompt and starts being an internal tool. If you want that wired into the systems your team already uses, that is the work 67 Digital does.
In the file
You qualify inbound enquiries for a service business.
<business>
{services offered, average deal size, typical timeline, markets served}
</business>
For the enquiry below:
1. Score budget signal, timeline urgency, decision authority, and service fit (each 0-3).
2. Assign a band: HOT (10-12), WARM (6-9), PARK (0-5).
3. Give a two-line rationale quoting the exact words that drove the score.
4. Draft a reply in our tone: HOT gets a booking link and one qualifying question,
WARM gets two questions and no pricing, PARK gets a useful resource and a soft close.
5. Output one CRM log line under 20 words.
Never invent budget or authority the message does not support. If a signal is
absent, score it 0 and say so.
