The Tender Response Drafter
Answer a government tender against its own evaluation criteria.
Most bids answer the question asked and ignore the scoring matrix. The matrix is the actual exam paper.
That is the gap this drop closes. It is a sales & leads skill built for Kimi, and it takes about ten minutes to set up the first time. After that it runs in under a minute.
Who should use it
UAE companies bidding for public sector and large enterprise work.
How it works
The skill file does five things, in this order.
1. Load the full tender pack. Every annexe. Weighting is usually in an attachment.
2. Rebuild the scoring matrix. Criteria, weights, and what each maximum score demands.
3. Audit your evidence. Which criteria you can prove, which you can only assert.
4. Draft to the weighting. Word count allocated in proportion to marks available.
5. Self-score before submitting. Mark your own draft against the matrix and fix the low scores.
What comes back
A scored response draft, an evidence gap list, and a self-assessment against the matrix.
The mistake to avoid
Allocate your writing effort by marks, not by how interesting the question is. A 30-mark criterion answered in two paragraphs is the most common way good companies lose.
Running it
Paste the prompt block into a new Kimi chat and attach your files in the same message. Kimi's long context means you should upload everything at once rather than in batches, splitting the input is what causes it to lose cross-references between documents.
Where this fits
On its own, one skill saves an hour a week. The compounding happens when three or four of them run in sequence on the same input, the same transcript that produces a scope of work also produces the follow-up email and the project brief. That is the point at which it stops being a prompt and starts being an internal tool. If you want that wired into the systems your team already uses, that is the work 67 Digital does.
In the file
Draft a response to this tender.
Step 1. Rebuild the evaluation matrix from the documents: every criterion, its
weight, and what the tender says a maximum score requires. If weights are not
stated, say so and estimate from emphasis.
Step 2. EVIDENCE AUDIT. For each criterion, mark our position as PROVEN
(we have a named reference or certificate), CLAIMABLE (true but undocumented),
or GAP. List gaps first.
Step 3. Draft each response section. Allocate word count in proportion to
marks. Answer in the tender's own vocabulary. Every claim must reference a
specific project, certificate, or CV.
Step 4. SELF-SCORE the draft against the matrix and list the three lowest
scoring sections with what would raise them.
